Adding an A record using the DNS Zone Editor

- A registration points a domain name to the provided IP address.
Requirements
- The IP address (IPv4) of the server that hosts the domain.
- cPanel account management details
Steps
- To add the record in the DNS zone editor, we will log in to the cPanel account, go to the Domains section, and click on Zone Editor.
- On the next page, we will click on the type of registration we want to add, A record in our case for the domain hostico.ro.
- In the Name field, we will add the domain name for which we are adding the A record (hostico.ro) and in the Address field, we will add the IP address IP (IPv4) of the server hosting the domain 203.0.113.11.
- Completing this operation will be done by clicking on Add A Record.
