"Maybe optimize the sites or upgrade the RAM" is not a very helpful response. We expected that when you told us you monitor the server, you would also inform us about the processes that led to maximum memory consumption so that we could optimize.So to conclude, the basic services work very well, you have real-time support, however, a level 2 support is missing.
